An Islamic State fighter, who is believed to be an American, has called on the terror group's supporters to carry out lone wolf attacks on U.S. soil.

ISIS has released a new video featuring a man identified as Abu Hamza al-Amriki, who has encouraged lone wolf supporters to kill those who reject Islam by stabbing them, throwing them off buildings and running them down with cars. According to NBC News, the jihadis often use "al-Amriki" in their pseudonyms to mean "the American."

In the video, al-Amriki shows off a cache of weapons, including rocket launchers and projectile missile launchers, which he claims were manufactured in the U.S. "This demonstrates the stupidity and foolishness of the (Americans)," he remarked, with his face uncovered.

He contended that America is waging war against Muslims, saying U.S. forces have killed thousands of women and children.

"Does it not pain you that your brothers, their honor has been violated and their bodies torn apart? Are you incapable of stabbing a (non believer) with a knife or throwing him off of a building or running him over with a car?" the ISIS fighter asked.

"Liberate yourself from hellfire by killing a (non believer). A (non believer) and his killer will not be joined together in hellfire," he added.

The video, which was believed to have been made in Mosul, also included photos of locations in the U.S. including, Times Square in New York, the Las Vegas strip and the banks in Washington. Laith Alkhouri of Flashpoint asserted that the pictures are intended to represent potential targets.

Alkhouri said that the video is meant to convey the message that the terror group is still "innovating and weaponizing," despite losing territory in the Middle East in recent months.

Earlier this month, ISIS called on its supporters to place fake advertisements on buy and sell websites to lure potential hostages or murder victims.

In an issue of Rumiyah magazine, the group encouraged would-be jihadists to place some things for sale on websites like Craigslist, Gumtree, eBay, and the Loot, in order to lure unsuspecting buyers into apartments where they can be killed or taken as hostages.

The jihadist group said that the advertisement should indicate that "collection and payment is only available in person and that only cash is accepted."

"Also, the item being advertised should be something that requires the victim to enter one's property," it added.

ISIS advised its supporters to keep some of their victims as hostages to attract wide publicity and "more effectively plant terror into the hearts of the disbelievers." The article also stated that hostages should be killed quickly before the initial police response and leave a few hostages alive to be used as human shields.

In another recent article, Rumiyah magazine encouraged ISIS supporters to plow vehicles into crowds, which the group said was one of the most effective methods of mass-murder.
