A lot of hype is building up for Gareth Edwards' upcoming "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story," but a lot of rumors have been spreading about its production ever since it was reported to be undergoing "expensive" reshoots. Lead actress Felicity Jones takes time to comment on the rumors. In the meantime, new images have also been released for the movie and it gives fans a better look at some minor characters.

In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Jones talks about reshoots being quite commonplace when it comes to big budget movies. She says, ""Obviously when you come to the edit, you see the film come together and you think, 'Actually, we could do this better, and this would make more sense if we did this,'... I've done it so many times. I mean, you wouldn't just give your first draft on this story, would you?"

A lot of fans have been getting nervous about the movie since Disney CEO Bob Iger has seemingly been trying to bring down hype by saying that "Rogue One" is an "experiment of sorts."

Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, however, tries to calm fans down about the reshoots, and she says that the only reason why the reshoots are sounding like a big deal right now is because "Star Wars" fans like to "scrutinize every single thing that gets done."

Hopefully, the movie will be able to give fans what they want and more.

In other news, new images of minor characters have found its way online. Fans get a better look at the X-Wing pilots in their classic garb. Fans can also notice that one of the pilots has a helmet similar to that of Biggs Darklighter, Luke Skywalker's friend from Tatooine who died in the Battle of Yavin. Does the movie have a cameo appearance from Biggs?

"Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" hits theaters Dec. 16.
