"The Sims 4: City Living" expansion has not been released yet, but it appears as though Electronic Arts is already preparing the next downloadable content (DLC) for the life simulation game.

Buried in a Reddit thread featuring game designer Daniel Hatt is a piece of information that pertains to the possible release of Pets and Seasons DLC for "The Sims 4."

When asked about the possibility, Hatt played coy but subtly answered in the affirmative. "I think so. But what do I know?" the Sims Guru quipped.

It is unclear as to when this "The Sims 4" expansion will be released although it is entirely a possibility seeing that such type of DLC has always been released to every iteration of the game.

"The Sims 3" received the Pets DLC during the month of October. The same goes for "The Sims 2." The original game, however, saw a pet-themed expansion called "Unleashed" during the month of November.

Electronic Arts (EA) and Maxis do not follow a certain schedule when it comes to a Seasons-type DLC though, making it difficult when "The Sims 4" will get the packs if they are planned for it.

For now, the developers want everyone to focus on "City Living," the second expansion pack coming to the game. It will add San Myshuno as a new location.

EA and Maxis recently detailed the careers in the game. Now, they have provided new information about the festivals to expect in the game.

Some of the fests include Geekcon, which is about all things pop culture and home to cosplayers, gamers and even hack buffs. Unique souvenirs are also available here.

There is also the Humor and Hijinks Festival, which is where pranksters and jokesters meet for an awful lot of fun and mayhem. Voodoo dolls are usable here so "The Sims 4" players can "sabotage" each other.

Spice Festival in "The Sims 4: City Living" is a festival for those who want to add a little zest to their stay at San Myshuno. As players would have guessed, it features spicy dishes. A vegetarian trait is activated here.

"The Sims 4" DLC will also include a Romance Festival, an event where players can go to find love, relationship advice from a love guru. An "unflirty" trait is accessible here.

Last but not the least, "The Sims 4: City Living" also includes Flea Market, which is made especially for players who like to score a bargain for all sorts of items.

"The Sims 4: City Living" DLC will be released next month.
