'Days of Our Lives' spoilers, plot news: Shawn returns; who is Chloe's baby daddy?

"Days of Our Lives" spoilers for the week of Oct. 31st reveal that someone will be returning to the scenes while the mystery of the true baby daddy continues.

According to reports, Brandon Beemer, who plays Shawn, will be returning to the show. After Hope (Kristian Alfonso) was arrested for the murder of Stefano (Joseph Mascolo), Shawn will return to the town of Salem to help his mother.

Hope's murder confession was broadcasted to everyone by Andre (Thaao Penghlis). He got the recording from Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) who was supposed to be the one to reveal everything. But instead of reporting Hope to the authorities, he used the tape to blackmail her.

Aiden changed his mind though so Andre stole the tape to put Hope in trouble. And now, Hope will be facing court for the murder trial. Spoilers reveal that Hope will be more concerned about her daughter, Ciara (Vivian Jovanni), when the chaos emerges. Ciara will be devastated with the news.

Luckily for Hope, her son will be there to rescue her from the misery and the anxiety. He will be assuring her that everything is going to be okay and he will look after Ciara, who will also be glad to know that Shawn is back in town.

Meanwhile, Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) is still clueless of who the father of her baby is. Spoilers say that Nicole (Arianne Zucker) will get information from Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) that the paternity test of Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) was not tampered. This will cause confusion for Nicole who has always believed that Deimos is the father.

He was ready to be a parent but the test results only broke his heart after learning that he wasn't the father. He became really depressed by the thought. Now, the big question remains unanswered. If it's not Deimos nor Philip, then who is the real baby daddy?

Spoilers reveal that Deimos will try to solve the mystery by reaching out to Chloe's mother, Nancy (Patrika Darbo). She is expected to know so little about her daughter's current life but Deimos will be hopeful for some clues. Philip will also be searching for Chloe.
