Google's next rumored flagship device, the Nexus 7 2016, has been a subject of numerous rumors and speculations for so many months now. Although the company is mum about providing information regarding the upcoming tablet, reports suggest that the American tech giant will release it anytime soon.

Google has yet to announce the third party manufacturer that is said to be their partner in creating this new gadget. There have been speculations that the company tapped the Taiwanese tech giant HTC to produce the hardware for them. If the rumors prove to be true, this would not be the first time the two companies have teamed up for a certain project.

Meanwhile, a report from NSEAVOICE has also suggested that Google has partnered with LG for the project. It is said that the Korean tech company is currently under a 3-year-contract with Google; however, there is no credible information found as to the specific details of the contract.

LG had been a major contributor to Google Nexus' success in the past when they teamed up together for the production of the popular Google devices, the Nexus 4 and Nexus 5. Many fans believe that Google once again tapped the Korean tech giant to help them manufacturer their latest project.

The Google Nexus 7 2016 is said to be packed with advanced features, which will run on the company's upcoming software innovation, the Android N operating system. There are reports that the iteration will be either a tablet or a phablet. Although nothing has been set in stone yet, there are reports that the upcoming Android N will debut on the device.

The upcoming gadget is said to carry a 7-inch display, along with its NVIDIA Tegra X1 processor. It will also have 4 GB of RAM for multitasking and a minimum internal storage capacity of 32 GB.

As of the moment, nothing has been confirmed yet. What fans can do is wait for future updates, which will surely be announced by the company very soon.
