'General Hospital' spoilers, updates for Nov. 28-Dec. 2: Sonny sleeps with Nelle; will she get pregnant after?

"General Hospital" is returning this week with lots of twists which means fans can expect more drama in the coming episodes.

According to spoilers, the focus will be on the situation of Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard). The relationship of the two is currently troubled and Nelle (Chloe Lanier) isn't making things any better.

Nelle previously ratted on Carly to Sonny, telling him that his wife shared a kissing session with her ex-husband, Jax (Ingo Rademacher). As expected, Sonny got mad and he got into a huge fight with Carly. But Jax will leave town again and spoilers reported that Carly will realize that she has to be on Sonny's side during this difficult time. She will return to Sonny and decide to patch things up with him.

But before that could even happen, trouble will emerge and it's all because of Nelle who has been pretending all this time to be on the Corinthos' side. But the truth is that she is hiding something and she only intends to make things worse.

As detailed in Celeb Dirty Laundry, Nelle will put Sonny into a complicated situation. She will remind him about what Carly did with Jax. Although she will tell the truth about their kiss, she will manipulate Sonny's imagination by telling him that something more could have happened to them after sharing a kiss.

Sonny, who will be intoxicated, will feel angry because of Carly's betrayal. Nelle will take advantage of his feelings and seduce him to sleep with her. Sonny will be shocked the morning to find himself in bed with his wife's assistant.

The twist here though is that Nelle could get pregnant. All of Sonny's one night stands in the soap opera have led to fruition. He has a daughter with Ava (Maura West) and with Alexis (Nancy Grahn). It will be more surprising if Nelle doesn't end up having with a child with Sonny. If Nelle gets pregnant, will it be over for Carly and Sonny?
