'Dragon Ball Super' episode 68, 69 recap, spoilers, rumors: Goku and his friends make wish from Shenlong; Arale set to arrive and challenge Goku

After the Black Goku/Zamasu arc of "Dragon Ball Super," the viewers have seen the beginning of another series of filler episodes before the next major story arc arrives. Still, the following episodes of Akira Toriyama's hit anime series still pack with important details that will affect the course of the series.

To recap, "Dragon Ball Super" Episode 68 started off a new chapter for Son Goku and the rest of the gang. Now that Future Trunks is now happy in his newly constructed alternate timeline, Goku can now move on with his life and face new challenges.

Goku figured out that it was probably the right timing to fulfill his promise to Kaio. To recall, Kaio, along with Bubbles and Gregory, are still in the afterlife following the events of the "Dragon Ball Z" saga. He decided to use the mystical dragon Shenlong and make a wish to resurrect them. He then started to search for the Dragon Balls, although his friends have other things in mind to wish for.

Bulma is also after the other wish to find the Blue Crystal. This crystal is important to power up her Time Machine, although this is already declared as a serious crime by Beerus and Whis. Nevertheless, Bulma tried to fix the Time Machine and hoped that Shenlong would grant her wish to have a Blue Crystal.

Android 18 also has her personal wish to know what exactly her husband Krillin is thinking about. Master Roshi, on the other hand, wanted to wish for beautiful women to date. Gohan asked Goku if he could use the other wish to heal Pan's sickness linked to her Saiyan lineage. In the end, Goku decided to give Gohan the other wish.

As for Bulma's wish for a Blue Crystal, Beerus suddenly intervened and destroyed the Blue Crystal now on her possession, once again warning the rest that time travel is a serious crime to commit.

The upcoming Episode 69 is titled "Goku vs. Arale! The Earth Ends in a Wacky Battle?!" In the next episode, Goku will attend his first day in his part-time job as a security guard. However, things will go awry with the arrival of Arale, who is expected to challenge him in a serious, albeit wacky, showdown.
