'American Horror Story' season 6 release date, spoilers news 2016: Michael Langdon to return?

More and more speculations emerge with regards to what the theme will be in "American Horror Story" season 6. As per the latest reports, it will be devil-centric.
According to Pop Sugar, "American Horror Story" season 6 will feature a storyline centered on an Antichrist, who will be introduced as a child.
This is taking into account creator Ryan Murphy's statement about children being involved in "American Horror Story" season 6.
Murphy has also once said that the worlds in "American Horror Story" exist in a single universe, and this concept will be at play in the upcoming season.
As per the abovementioned site, the Antichrist will come in the person of the baby born to Vivien Harmon (Connie Briton) after Tate Langdon (Evan Peters) raped him in season 2.
In the ultrasound, the baby has exhibited signs that he is the devil. Billie Dean Howard (Sarah Paulson), who returned in season 5, also spoke about the coming of the Antichrist that will mark the end of the world.
Constance Langdon (Jessica Lange) ends up taking care of the baby, who was now named Michael. She learns that the kid killed his babysitter in cold blood.
Pop Sugar believes that Michael might make his return in "American Horror Story" season 6 as a full-fledged Antichrist. He might be going to Thatcher School, which was casually referenced in the last season.
Although it sounds like an interesting premise, nothing is official yet about the next season. Apart from the show playing with the sinister number 6, there are no concrete details about the next season.
However, considering Murphy's plan to include children in the storyline and his interest to weave the worlds from each season into one big dark universe, the Antichrist storyline will make sense in "American Horror Story" season 6.
Casting-wise, majority of the cast from the previous season will return including Lady Gaga. Finn Wittrock is not expected to be a series regular.
"American Horror Story" season 6 premieres Wednesday, Sept. 14 at 10 p.m. EDT on FX.
