'Arrow' season 4 episode 21 spoilers, plot news: Anarky and The Calculator return in 'Monument Point'

There are only a couple of episodes remaining before the "Arrow" season 4 finale, but before Team Arrow gets there, familiar faces of evil are returning to the fray to make things more complicated.
The promotional images for episode 21 "Monument Point" tease the return of Anarky (Alexander Calvert) and he has never never been more eager to pick a fight against Thea (Willa Holland).
He chose a bad timing (depending on how challenging he wants things to be) as he will also be squaring off against Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) in his resurfacing in the upcoming "Arrow" season 4 installment.
The photos from episode 21 of "Arrow" season 4 show Anarky holding two hostages as he appears to taunt his enemies like he always does. It remains a big mystery what pushed Anarky to show himself now.
For those who don't remember, Oliver used Anarky to his advantage by preventing him from getting incarcerated in order for the chaos-loving criminal to continue going after Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), who was the architect of Anarky's misery in the first place.
As the bad guys increase in number, Team Arrow's manpower doubles as well. Noah Kuttler aka The Calculator (Tom Amendes) joins the fight against Darhk at the request of his daughter Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) in the next "Arrow" season 4.
Even Felicity's hacking skills have no match for Darhk's ticking bomb, which counts down the remaining 21 hours before the planet gets blown to dust. This is where Noah's skills become of use to the team.
The caveat in having Noah on board is his tendency to use people, even his own family, to get something he wants so it is easy to think that he is in it for something that will benefit him. Unless it isn't Felicity's trust he's trying to gain, Noah is still far from father-material.
However, this fight is bigger than anything else so whatever selfish interests he has, they won't matter anymore when Darhk drops a nuclear bomb on Star City.
Meanwhile, Lyla (Audrey Mae Anderson) is also helping Team Arrow out and will be using her resources down at ARGUS to stop the Genesis operation from wiping out the city and half the face of the earth.
"Arrow" season 4 episode 21 "Monument Point" airs Wednesday, May 11 at 8 p.m. EDT on The CW.
