Asus ZenWatch 3 specs, news: To feature round screen, Bluetooth 4.2 support, Wi-Fi

Taiwan-based electronics company Asus is gearing up for the upcoming IFA 2016. Reports say that one of the products that they will be showing off is the ZenWatch 3.
Asus recently posted an image on its official Twitter account teasing a launch invite that says "Incredible is coming." Below it is a date, Aug. 31. Though it did not mention what device they will be unveiling, several speculated that it is none other than the successor of the ZenWatch 2.
The caption that came along with the image said: "The time for something incredible is now! #IFA2016 #ASUS." Fans considered the word "time" as the clue word to what's coming at the IFA 2016 event. As of now, no official details have been publicized yet, but there are available bits of information regarding the high-tech timepiece thanks to some FCC documents that were released earlier.
As detailed in a report, the ZenWatch 3 is purported to feature Bluetooth 4.2 along with a Wi-Fi 802.11n. It's also said to sport a stainless back and will charge at 5V/2A. Aside from that, it's mentioned to come with 10W fast charging feature.
In terms of the design, a leaked image from China's telecom regulator, TENAA, suggested that the ZenWatch series will have a different design. From the original rectangular design, the third sequel will sport a rounded screen. It's still to be known though if the watch will be having a 100 percent full circle design or if it will follow how the Moto 360 and Fossil Q Founder look like.
It's also speculated that the device will have customizable keys, which means there will be more than just one physical button included. Three physical buttons are seen on the right side of the watch.
Fans who want to see more of the Asus ZenWatch 3 will have to stay tuned. They only have to wait a few more days until its unveiling.
