'Bachelor in Paradise' season 3 spoilers update: Chad Johnson joins cast; Lace Morris finds love already?

Spin-off reality show "Bachelor in Paradise" is coming back to the small screen for the summer. Fans are already excited to see who among the alums from "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" will be joining in the escape to the paradise island to get another chance at love.

According to reports, "The Bachelorette" season 12 villain Chad Johnson is joining "Bachelor in Paradise" season 3. He was eliminated by bachelorette JoJo Fletcher in the June 7 episode after stirring up some trouble among the other contestants of the show. And though his participation in the new "Bachelor in Paradise" started out as a hearsay, producer Mike Fleiss eventually confirmed it on Twitter.

Fans will still be catching Johnson on "The Bachelorette" though since his drama over there seems to have not ended yet. He was last seen walking back to the lounge where the other men were staying. It has not been revealed what his intentions were but it's either he would pick another fight with the guys or apologize to them. The former seems more likely, though.

Also, it appears like Johnson has not stayed too long in "Bachelor in Paradise." According to Reality Steve, Johnson is already back in his home as he has been active once again on social media. Is Johnson already out so early in the show? Fans will have to stay tuned to find out.

Meanwhile, filming for "Bachelor in Paradise" season 3 has already started and names of the cast that will be joining have also surfaced. ABC detailed that Sarah Herron from "The Bachelor" season 17 is trying out her luck again in finding love. Fleiss tweeted that things are "looking good for her."

The creator of the show also teased that Ben Higgins' cast-off Lace Morris has fallen in love already during the filming period. As to whom she shares her feelings with is still kept under wraps, but it is expected to be revealed soon.

"Bachelor in Paradise" season 3 will air on Aug. 2 at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
