Electronics Arts (EA) DICE announced their next "Call of Duty" project by replying to an old tweet by a fan named Angus Vanderslott, who stated that he would dirty his pants if the developer ever decided to make a remaster of "Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare."

A year and a half after this tweet was sent out, EA DICE replied with an emoji of a poop and a pair of jeans, seemingly confirming that this fan's words will be true before long.

Many believe that "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" is one of the most remarkable titles to come out of the franchise. It is the first one set in the present day, and it involved sniper missions and nuclear bombings.

According to Eurogamer, it is the game that ultimately boosted the popularity of the series. This also explains why fans were stricken with exhilaration when EA DICE tweeted out these two emojis, which will eventually come to be meaningful to "Call of Duty" fans.

The witty announcement also confirms an earlier leak suggesting that the "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" remaster will be given away as a pre-order bonus in the so-called Legacy Edition of the unannounced "Call of Duty" game subtitled "Infinite Warfare."

The name first popped up on the PlayStation Store that eagle-eyed fans did not fail to miss. These blunders have since been removed. As per reports, this gives "Call of Duty 2016" a face. The highly anticipated title was attached with all sorts of subtitles in the past months.

"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" will reportedly be revealed by EA DICE on May 3 as a sci-fi heavy installment. The official release is said to be on Nov. 3. All three "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare" titles will allegedly be remastered as well and will be brought along to the PlayStation 4.
