First-person shooter video game "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" is still a few months way from getting released. However, publisher Activision and developer Infinity Ward did not waste time in trying to get the hype up.

Infinity Ward released a gameplay video during the San Diego Comic-Con, showing to the fans what's in store in the game. Titled as "Black Sky," the video teased the storyline which follows the shocking attack on Geneva. Gamers will be playing as Capt. Nick Reyes of the United Nations Space Alliance, and they will be leading their team to battle against the Settlement Defense Front.

Other pieces of information regarding the game have been revealed during the convention. According to Game Spot, the fan-favorite multiplayer map called Terminal will be given an overhaul. The map first appeared in "Modern Warfare 2." But in "Infinite Warfare," the map will be included as a pre-order bonus.

In the new version of the Terminal, the airport setting will be removed, and it will be replaced with a spaceport on the moon with space shuttles. It's also noted that the structure of the map appears similar to the first one. The difference though is the aesthetics, as well as the elements of the map which are purposefully made to be in sync with the new theme.

The game is also said to include dogfights and space battles. Reports detailed that players will be able to control the Jackal which is described to be a fighter spaceship. Its design is in line with real life fighter jets like the F-22 and F-35. Players will also have access to Raven, which is a transport vehicle for troops, equipment and ground vehicles.

The opponent will also be equipped with their own units such as the command center called Olympus Mons. The said unit is set to be a counterattack to Solar Associated Treaty Organization (SATO) central hub called Retribution.

"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" will be released on Nov. 4 for Xbox One, PS4 and Windows.
