'Dance Moms' season 7 renewed or canceled news: Lifetime series canceled following Abby Miller's court issues?

There are reports that "Dance Moms" season 7 might no longer push through following the court issues being faced by dance coach Abby Lee Miller.
The reality star pleads guilty in part of her indictment on 20 accounts of fraud. Miller is facing up to two and a half years of imprisonment although her lawyers are working to scale that down to six months.
"Throughout this case, Miss Miller has taken both the allegations and the proceedings very seriously. This has been a challenging time for Miss Miller," her lawyers stated via Deadline.
"She appreciates the words of encouragement and support from around the world," they continued. Miller will be sentenced on Oct. 11.
But there are fears that whatever the result will end up being, "Dance Moms" season 7 might be postponed or worse, canceled. At this moment, there's no update on the show's status.
"Dance Moms" season 7, should it push through, will be the first season of the Lifetime series without the Zieglers. In a recent interview, Maddie Ziegler admitted that staying on the show became too stressful.
In an interview with Seventeen, whose latest issue featured the 13-year-old dance superstar on the cover, Ziegler revealed why she decided to leave "Dance Moms."
"Leaving Dance Moms was a hard decision to make, but it was getting too stressful," she stated. "I feel like I had so much more pressure on me to be the best in the room," Ziegler admitted.
Now, she believes that leaving "Dance Moms" made her feel "free." Ziegler is currently the youngest judge ever in "So You Think You Can Dance: Next Generation."
She will be in a couple of upcoming movies – "The Book of Henry" directed by Colin Trevorrow and singer and Ziegler's collaborator Sia's upcoming film "Sister" – as she tries to get into acting more.
Although she is rumored to return to "Dance Moms," it appears that she will enjoy her freedom first. With regards to "Dance Moms" season 7, it is expected to premiere this Fall.
