"Dance Moms" star Abby Lee Miller will be facing jail time as she pleaded guilty on Monday, June 27 to bankruptcy fraud as well as to failure to report thousands of dollars in Australian currency she brought into the country in 2014.

As detailed in reports, Miller was charged last fall with illegally attempting to conceal $775,000 worth of income from the Lifetime network reality show as well as from her spinoff projects. This was during her Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

Later on, she was accused of bringing more than $10,000 worth of foreign currency into the United States. She was able to slip in the money in the country in 2014 by dividing more than $120,000 into plastic bags and distributing it to other members in her group to put in their luggage. Her action violated the law which requires people to report when bringing more than $10,000 worth of foreign currency into the country.

Miller is now guilty to one count of concealing bankruptcy assets and one count of structuring international monetary transactions. Reports stated that her sentencing has been scheduled on Oct. 11.

It can potentially be moved though if a different bankruptcy case that is currently going on will be resolved. Prosecutors predict that Miller could face 24 to 30 months in prison. Her attorney informed though that since Miller's creditors did not acquire any losses, the sentencing could be lessened to probation up to six months in jail.

But despite Miller's current predicament, reports said that she has been focusing on work after the court decision. The dance instructor and choreographer posted a photo of a Southwest Airlines plane on her Instagram account, indicating that she is off to somewhere. She has also announced her upcoming events including auditions in Pittsburgh on Friday, July 1 and a meet and greet event in Mexico on Sunday, July 3.

Her reality TV show "Dance Moms" is entering season 7 and it's still to be known if her case will be covered or if she will be replaced due to her sentencing. Fans will have to stay tuned to find out.
