'Days of Our Lives' spoilers news: Teens go to Salem University; Chad moves on with Gabi?

The turmoil at "Days of Our Lives" isn't over yet as the three escaped convicts will continue to spread evil in the town of Salem. But aside from the trouble brewing, spoilers for Thursday, Sept. 15, revealed that the teen characters of the show are now starting college.

As detailed in Celeb Dirty Laundry, Theo (Kyler Pettis), Ciara (Vivian Jovanni), Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) and Joey (James Lastovic) will start their first day in Salem University. They will need some time to adjust to college life but just as long they stick together, the struggles shouldn't be too tough.

However, conflicts are inevitable for these college buddies. In the midst of trying to juggle school and their social lives, they will also be dealing with villains. Joey and Claire, in particular, will be the ones in greater danger because of their parents' connection to the escaped prisoners. Theo and Claire won't be spared though as they will also be facing their own drama.

Meanwhile, spoilers suggested that Chad's (Billy Flynn) life will be turning around. He has been grieving because of Abby's (Kate Mansi) presumed death. But it seems like it won't last too long as he is said to develop a bond with Gabi (Camilla Banus).

Chad has hired Gabi to be his image consultant. She is obviously thrilled with her new job so for her first assignment, she will be bringing Chad new clothes that will dress him up as a powerful CEO for an upcoming benefit. It's not disclosed yet how Chad will react to Gabi's choice of clothes but speculations hint that there might be more for them in the future episodes.

It was said that someone will be coming along in Chad's life that will help him move on from the past. It is still unknown, however, if it's really going to be Gabi. Still, it was revealed that the two will be stuck in a panic room next week, allowing them to have an uninterrupted conversation about any lingering issues.

"Days of Our Lives" airs weekdays on NBC.
