'Days of Our Lives' spoilers, plot news: Chad gives up custody battle? Chase in big trouble
On today's "Days of Our Lives," the custody battle for baby Thomas takes a whole new turn as Chad (Billy Flynn) appears to be giving up on the fight he has been fighting for a while now.
According to "Days of Our Lives" spoilers, Chad and Jennifer (Melisa Reeves) will continue their usual bickering as they call out each other's flaws to see who really is the person that should take care of baby Thomas.
Jennifer believes that Chad is in no way in the best condition to take care of the baby, taking into consideration what happened to Abby (Kate Mansi), who disappeared and is feared dead.
On the other hand, Chad argues that Jennifer won't be fit to take care of baby Thomas as well, not when there's a risk of her reverting back to addiction.
However, in this July 14 episode of "Days of Our Lives," Chad will reportedly give up the fight and let Jennifer ultimately get Thomas. It remains a mystery if they will ever come to an agreement where Chad won't be completely taken away from his father.
Meanwhile, in this day's "Days of Our Lives" installment, more of the story of Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) and Chase (Jonathon McClendon) will continue.
It appears that Ciara will finally get the chance to confront Chase, who may be caught off guard because of it. As per the synopsis for the July 14 "Days of Our Lives" episode, Chase will have an "epic meltdown."
It is a mystery what exactly led to that, but it is safe to say his confrontation with Ciara did not go well or maybe what she told him might have been too much for him to handle.
In yesterday's "Days of Our Lives" episode, Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) returned, cleared Nicole (Arianne Zucker) name from the police after being framed by Kate (Lauren Koslow).
Although Kate was the one responsible, Deimos also cleared her name, provided she goes away and returns his money.
