'Days of Our Lives' spoilers: Theresa set to exit; Hope and Rafe to be questioned about Stefano's death

"Days of Our Lives" is returning this week on Sept. 19 with more drama and conflict, including the havoc that the three villains are going to cause.

According to spoilers, Theresa (Jen Lilley) is going to be the one most affected by the trouble that the escaped convicts will be brewing. Lilley's character could potentially make an exit especially since she already finished filming a few months ago. Nothing is confirmed but Theresa will most likely be gone by November.

The soap opera is still keeping details under wraps but speculations said that Theresa is going to be caught in a dangerous situation all because of Xander (Paul Teller), Orpheus (George DelHoyo) and Clyde (James Read). Fans are expected to be crying their hearts out once the story behind Theresa's exit is revealed.

Will she live or will this be her ultimate demise? Nothing is certain yet but considering how the report said that Kim (Patsy Pease) and Shane (Charles Shaughnessy) will be around, something tragic may happen to Theresa, requiring the presence of her parents.

Lilley divulged though through interviews and on social media that the show has left her character open for a return. Theresa needs to go back if she leaves as her son Tate is still there.

It's also said that Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa will be encountering something big this week. It's speculated to be something about Tate but it could also be about Theresa's possible confession. She has not told Brady yet that Xander didn't really try to rape her.

Meanwhile, Hope (Kristian Alfonso) and Rafe (Galen Gering) are said to face some problems with Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove). Aiden is determined to find out the truth about Stefano's (Joseph Mascolo) death and he believes that Hope and Rafe are the prime suspects of the murder.

Spoilers said that Aiden will open the case again and first on his list of people to question are the couple. Aiden may also be coming up with a deal with Hope that forces her to be with him in exchange for Aiden keeping her secret.

Fans will have to stay tuned to find out more. "Days of Our Lives" airs weekdays on NBC.
