'Five Nights At Freddy's: Sister Location' release date update: Game won't be released earlier than planned

A new installment out of the popular survival game "Five Nights At Freddy's" titled "Sister's Location" is on the horizon. Series creator Scott Cawthon is already working on the title and promised fans that they will get more extras on the game.

When asked if he'd post behind-the-scenes material while making "Sister Location," the developer expressed his willingness to share concept arts and storyboards and other good stuff but has a more exciting plan.

"I would enjoy posting more of the development process, but I fear it would take some of the fun and mystery out of the game when it's released," Cawthon wrote on the Steam community page forum.

"I'm planning on including a lot more material in the extras about the development process for this game," he added, making fans more excited about "Five Night At Freddy's: Sister Location."

Cawthon hasn't gotten around providing details about the next "Five Nights At Freddy's" game although the title is believed to be a reference to another location that houses more animatronics like Freddy Fazbear's crew at the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza.

This makes more sense with the tagline that said, "There was never just one." Cawthon hasn't determined a release date for the "Five Nights At Freddy's: Sister Location" but he promised it won't be released precipitately.

"No more early release dates. Instead, from now on, if I finish the game early then I'll spend the extra time polishing the game and adding features," Cawthon stated in another Steam forum thread.

The developer does not want to make the same mistake again after releasing "Five Nights At Freddy's World" earlier than he was supposed to.

The game was met with criticism and poor reviews and had to be pulled out from sale. Cawthon seems to be dogged in redeeming himself with "Five Nights At Freddy's: Sister Location."

Cawthon also has one more trick up his sleeve. He revealed that he is "talking with a few companies" about console versions of the previous "Five Nights At Freddy's" titles.
