"General Hospital" spoilers for Friday, Sept. 30 episode reveal that things are going to be intense over at Port Charles. For starters, Paul (Richard Burgi) is adding another victim into his murder list and the unlucky one is none other than Tracy (Jane Elliot).

Fans may recall that Paul tried confessing to Tracy about how he murdered Sabrina (Teresa Castillo). Although she misinterpreted his confession, it seems like Paul has decided to put her away too to make sure that his secret remains hidden away.

According to spoilers, Tracy will try to evade and convince Paul that she will be keeping her lips sealed. However, Paul is determined already to kill Tracy, which means Tracy will have to run to safety if she wants to stay alive.

In other news, things are getting worse for Morgan (Bryan Craig). Ava (Maura West) has been tampering his medications and now his mental health is jeopardized. As detailed in the spoilers, Morgan's bipolar problem will get him in trouble. He will get busted for cheating in school and buying a term paper and things will go down south from there. He will spin out of control and his behavior will be very aggressive.

Other spoiler reveal that Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is up to something and it's not going to be good. She wants revenge but since there is no one else to channel her anger to, she's directing it at Carly (Laura Wright). She's blaming her for the illegal kidney transplant. With Sonny (Maurice Bernard) and Carly going through a crisis, Nelle will use the opportunity to get in between the two.

Sam (Kelly Monaco) will also be telling his father Julian (William DeVry) to pack up his things and leave town. He has already done so much damage and Sonny is after him. His life is in danger and Sam will warn him that he will die if he doesn't leave. Will Julian heed his daughter's warning?

"General Hospital" airs from Monday to Friday at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
