"General Hospital" spoilers for the week of Sept. 5 reveal that things are going to be intense and thrilling as Liz's health worsens.
Initially, Liz's condition was stable after her accident. But it won't be long until her condition will have complications. As detailed in a spoiler report, Liz's spleen will be a big concern. She will be experiencing pain, and her spleen may get ruptured if not dealt with immediately.
She will also need a blood transfusion due to internal bleeding. However, another challenge presents itself when they find no match for her apart from one person — her sister Hayden.
Fans may recall that the sister secret was revealed by Heather in the previous episode. However, she has no plans of letting Liz and Hayden know that they are sisters after all. She needs the secret hidden for her own benefit. She has been receiving blackmail money from Naomi just to keep her mouth shut.
Now Franco is in a dilemma because he knows the truth. He deeply cares for Liz, and he would want to do anything just to save her. But saving her will entail revealing the secret to get her the close blood match that she needs.
According to spoilers, Franco will decide to tell Liz about the secret, but Heather will not like his decision. She will tell him to keep mum about it, but realizing that Naomi could no longer keep up with the payments, Heather may likely just let it go.
