'General Hospital' spoilers, plot news: Nurses ball fiasco involves Elizabeth's humiliation and a character's death

Daytime soap opera "General Hospital" is going to be packed with intense episodes this week especially with The Annual Nurses Ball taking place.

According to a report by Soap Shows, the biggest event yet in the town of Port Charles is going to cause lots of drama, fiascoes and surprises among the lives of the characters.

For starters, Elizabeth is said to get publicly humiliated again this year. Last year, she was put under a bad spotlight after everyone found out that Ric had tricked her by hiring Hayden to act as Jake Doe/Jason's wife. But what situation could possibly put Liz again in the same situation? Celeb Dirty Laundry noted that it may possibly be just a fashion faux pas. The source cited that Liz will be wearing a black dress that will be similar to Hayden's.

If it turns out that it's just a fashion dilemma after all, it may be a big letdown considering the big tease. But fans will just have to stay tuned until the Nurses Ball saga finishes to know if Liz will really be getting another dose of embarrassing moment or not.

But more than Liz's teased humiliation, something big is going to happen — someone will die during the event. Spoiler reports say a dead body will be found. It's not known yet who the poor victim will be but there are speculations as to who it may be.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the person who will be found dead is predicted to be a non-major character. Lucas Jones is a top guess as he is barely seen in the show. Other possible characters that may be biting the dust this week could be Valerie Spencer, Darby Collette, or Amy Driscoll. Aside from the death, spoilers suggest that Julian will be arrested. But who could be responsible for it?
