'General Hospital' spoilers, plot rumors: Nikolas goes missing; Lucas' life at risk

The Annual Nurse's Ball has commenced in the town of Port Charles in soap opera "General Hospital." However, instead of a night of fun and laughter, the event becomes a night of horror and mystery. Bad things have happened, including one possibly getting a flat line at the hospital.

According spoilers, Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) goes missing at the night of the Nurse's Ball and Jason (Billy Miller) unfortunately gets the blame for it after being spotted at the scene of the crime. Sam (Kelly Monaco) will run in on Jason standing by a broken window and will observe that there has been a recent struggle.

However, as noted in Soap Shows, Sam will not think that Jason has something to do with the crime. The source cited that both Jason and Sam saw a dead body outside below, but it seems like it will go missing once they get down there to check on it. Things will get messy, though, as Jason will be arrested by Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) for being a suspect for the murder or disappearance of Nikolas. But where could Nikolas be? Is he dead? Who is responsible for his sudden disappearance? Could he have done it himself?

There's a possibility that Nikolas plotted the whole thing to get revenge against Jason for accusing him of paying the ELQ stock with profits from criminal activities. But then again, perhaps something bad has really happened to Nikolas.

It's not only Nikolas' life that is in danger, though, as spoilers also claim that Lucas (Lucas Carnes) will be critical. After walking in on a mystery person who was trying to kill Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman), Lucas is seen on the floor unconscious. It's possible that Bobbie's killer decided to deal on Lucas instead, causing him to miss his wedding with Brad (Parry Shen) who was then waiting for him at the ceremony. Will Lucas survive the ordeal or will he be saying goodbye to everyone?

"General Hospital" airs weekdays at 2 p.m. EDT on ABC.
