HTC Desire 10 release date, specs news 2016: To come with similar features of HTC 10?

Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer HTC undeniably captured the attention of consumers when it launched its latest flagship, the HTC 10. Apparently, the device is said to be selling well that HTC decided to develop another version of it. Dubbed as the HTC Desire 10, the device is reported to be the budget variant of the flagship 10.
According to reports, the company is looking into releasing the handset sometime this year. There is no specific date but it's predicted to launch in the third quarter. The rumor also came from serial tipster Evan Blass who said that the Desire 10 is in the works. Aside from that, he shared via his Twitter account an image of a rear camera module. It's purportedly the Desire 10, and as one can see, it looks similar to the rear camera found on the HTC 10.
It also has a laser autofocus and a dual-LED flash. If the alleged leaked image is to be believed, then the HTC Desire 10 may be very similar to the flagship. The only probable difference is that the Desire model is more basic. Apart from the rumored camera specs, little is still known about the Desire 10.
There are speculations saying though that the device may join in the trend of the current affordable mid-range phones. This means that the device will have a full HD 5.5-inch screen, a Snapdragon 600-series processor, and a RAM count of either 2 GB or 3 GB.
It's also observed in the leaked image by Blass that the device will sport a protruding round metal ring around the camera. And if fans look closely, one will notice in the photo an antenna band placed on either side of the camera. This suggests that the device could have a metal body.
Nothing is confirmed for now so it's best to take reports with a pinch of salt. Those who are interested in picking up the device soon should stay tuned for updates.
