'Legends of Tomorrow' crossover with other DC shows teased by 'Arrow' star Stephen Amell

December will see a crossover between four of The CW's DC shows, and "Arrow" star Stephen Amell has posted a picture on Twitter showcasing the famous footwear of the heroes that will be appearing in the epic four-night crossover event.
Some think it's too early in the year to start filming for the December crossover, so they predict that the picture came from the set of a photoshoot where the actors are preparing to release a promotional image for the crossover event.
The picture includes the feet of Oliver Queen himself, Stephen Amell, as well as Grant Gustin (as Barry Allen/The Flash), Melissa Benoist (as Kara Zor-El/Supergirl), Brandon Routh (as Ray Palmer/The Atom), and Caity Lotz (as Sara Lance/White Canary).
Details concerning who the characters will be against hasn't been released, but fans can bet that whoever that will be is a big threat. Why else would these heroes be banding together? It is also possible that the show might have other bigwigs appear for the crossover. Tyler Hoechlin has already been cast as the Superman of The CW DC Universe. So, could the studio find time to introduce other big cameos like Batman, Aquaman, and Wonder Woman?
Additionally, the crossover doesn't necessarily have to have only one villain appearing. A whole band of DC villains could make their debut instead. The CW DC Universe has yet to get its own Brainiac, Lex Luthor, or Joker. Possibilities are endless for the crossover coming this December.
"Legends of Tomorrow" can also use the boost because there have been reports saying that the developers are trying to rebuild the show from the ground up. So far, only "The Flash" has been getting praise from the fans, but shows like "Arrow," "Supergirl," and "Legends of Tomorrow" have been met with mixed reviews.
The DC four-night superhero crossover event will reportedly air this December.
