MacBook Pro 2016 rumors and updates: Release date still unsure as rumors pop around online

Numerous Apple users have been eagerly awaiting an update on the MacBook 2016, and some are saying that the device may well be announced next month along with the new iPad; other rumors, however, say that the upcoming MacBook may find its way in the market sometime next year.
As of now, only pure speculation is surrounding the MacBook Pro 2016 with a report from Macworld indicating that the laptop could come out next month after failing to be announced during Apple's iPhone 7 event last week.
Last month, Bloomberg said that Apple is planning a "major overhaul" of the laptop. An upgraded version of an older product might just be what Apple needs to boost its falling sales. Apple reportedly already suffered a 27 percent fall in quarterly profits, and it's to be blamed on failing iPhone sales.
Others speculate that the problem resides in current Apple CEO Tim Cook who simply lacks the imagination and leadership skills the late Steve Jobs had. The iPhone 7 is said to be proof that Apple is now running out of ideas and a lot of users have been angered by its new features.
One feature that users absolutely hate is the omitting of the standard audio jack for the new iPhone. The developers have made it so that the only compatible audio device with the new phone is Apple's new wireless Lightning EarPods. Apart from the ear pods being expensive, they are also quite prone to getting lost.
As for the new MacBook, one prominent rumor is that the keypad will have an OLED screen in lieu of the function key pads and the buttons will change depending on what one is using the device for. The device is also said to have a Touch ID sensor, a USB-C port and a thinner and lighter design.
No official release date has been announced for the much anticipated MacBook 2016.
