Fans who have been waiting for the action role-playing third-person shooter video game "Mass Effect: Andromeda" will finally be able to see and know more about the game soon as it will be making an appearance at the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3).

According to a report by Counsel & Heal, the game developed by Bioware and published by Electronic Arts (EA) is confirmed to be unveiled during the E3 event, which will take place from June 12 until June 14 in Los Angeles Convention Center. It will be introduced along with the other games that are expected to partake in the gathering as well. The bad news, however, is that the game is not expected to hit store shelves until early 2017.

This information was said to be hinted by general manager of Bioware, Aaryn Flynn. He previously mentioned that it's inevitable that a delay will happen as they are aiming to offer the best possible gaming experience to their gamers.

"We need the right amount of time to make sure we deliver everything the game can be and should be," Flynn stated. Based on his statement, fans will have to be more patient and wait for the game's official release. It's expected to be worth the wait though since Bioware has prepared a game packed with new features.

Reports stated that the game is said to be built with Frostbite engine, which means players can look forward to impressive sceneries and environment. There's also going to be a big new world as well as new protagonists and antagonists. Game Spot also noted that gamers will be experiencing Andromeda galaxy and they will be fighting for a new home in history territory. Moreover, gamers may be playing as the leader of a squad of military-trained explorers.

More details are expected to be disclosed during the E3 event.
