'Once Upon A Time' season 6 spoilers news: Jasmine and Aladdin to finally be added?

Although it looks like "Once Upon A Time" season 6 is going to feature more literary icons than Disney characters with the addition of Hyde and Jekyll, this might not be the case after all.
According to TVLine, the new season of the fantasy series might introduce Jasmine and Aladdin instead of Sinbad and Scheherezade that they reported weeks back.
The publication claimed some weeks ago that "Once Upon A Time" season 6 will mark the debut of the said "One Thousand and One Nights" characters.
Now, the site believes that the show might actually be casting Jasmine and Aladdin, who also fit the descriptions in the casting notice.
The description for Aladdin notes that he is "a roguishly charming and quick-witted hero who knows the power of kindness but as of late has lost faith in his ability to lead his people."
The actor should be 30-something and is Middle Eastern/Arabic or Northern African. For Jasmine, the show also wants a Middle Eastern/Arabic beauty.
The character is described as one "who never backs down from a good fight and can go toe-to-toe with even the toughest adversaries."
It is a mystery if Sinbad and Scheherezade will no longer appear in "Once Upon A Time" season 6 and will be replaced by Aladdin and Jasmine instead.
Fans have been waiting for the pair to arrive in Storybrooke. Although characters from their world such as Jafar, were already featured on the show, Jasmine and Aladdin themselves have yet to appear.
"Once Upon A Time" season 6 might finally change that, should TVLine's report prove accurate. At the moment, nothing is set in stone yet.
While the possibility of Jasmine and Aladdin appearing in "Once Upon A Time" season 6 is still up in the air, it was already confirmed that Giles Matthey of "24" will play the role of Morpheus, the physical embodiment of dream.
"Once Upon A Time" season 6 premieres Sunday, Sept. 25 on ABC.
