Pippa Middleton engaged to wealthy partner James Matthews

Pippa Middleton is officially off the market. The younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, just recently said yes to her boyfriend's proposal.
According to reports, Pippa's beau, James Matthews, popped the question while they were on a getaway in Lake District in northwest England this weekend. Pippa thought that they were only there for the scenery and the fresh air but she was left speechless and emotional when James knelt down on one knee to ask for her hand in marriage.
James proposed with a stunning diamond ring which Pippa happily accepted. And though some of their friends and family were surprised with the proposal, Pippa's parents, Michael and Carole Middleton, were aware of what will take place. James even asked for Michael's permission before asking Pippa to marry him.
Reports said that James wanted to ask the father of the bride first because of traditions.
"James is a traditionalist and very much wanted to do things properly. That meant getting his future father in law's consent," a source revealed to The Daily Mail.
It's also said that Pippa's sister Kate and her husband, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, were delighted to hear the news.
But who is the man that Pippa is planning to spend the rest of her life with? As reported by USA Today, James is a former race car driver. He is now a hedge fund manager at Eden Rock Capital Management in London, which paved a way for him to make his millions.
Some may also know him as the older brother of Spencer Matthews, a reality TV celebrity from "Made in Chelsea." But unlike Spencer who is known for his antics and controversies, James is subtle, low-key and serious. Media outlets say that if the royal family were to be asked what they think of James, they would surely approve of him.
It's not revealed yet but the wedding of Pippa and James is expected to happen sometime next year. Fans are betting that Prince George will be stealing the show either as a ring bearer or a page boy.
