According to reports, the Japanese tech giant is trying to develop two versions of Sony PlayStation 5. This is because they want to provide two options for gamers to enjoy the console more and provide better gaming experience.

In the report, one model could have a Virtual Reality or VR capability, while the other version is good as a streaming device. If the rumors prove to be true, many PlayStation freaks and new gamers alike all around the globe will certainly go crazy when it hits the market.

There are also rumors that the upcoming gaming console will carry a powerful chipset. Fans will also be surprised if it's true that the new console will come with no disc drive, which has been touted in some blogs.

Although Sony has yet to make an announcement with regard to the rumors, game developer Three Fields Entertainment's Chief Technical Officer Paul Ross gave his own prediction on what fans can expect once the Japanese gaming console maker reveals the PlayStation 5.

"So what does a PS5 game look like? With PS4 we've seen some fidelity put into the worlds, but PS5's going to be about more dynamic worlds, far more interactive worlds that are more believable in the way they behave," Ross told EDGE, via PlayStation Lifestyle.
