Nintendo's plan to release the next installment of the "Pokémon" franchise late this year will come as a holiday gift to fans and having it on Nintendo 3DS console is even sweeter for them.

According to the game's official website, the company has also confirmed that the monsters caught in "Pokémon Yellow," "Pokémon Red," and "Pokémon Blue" from the 3DS console can also be played in "Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon" through its application, the Pokémon Bank.

The company also added that this year's release of "Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon" will be the first in the game's history that will be offered in nine different languages. This will be good for players in non-English speaking countries to have a much better gaming experience. The game will have an English version, Italian, Japanese, German, Spanish, French, Korean and in the traditional and simplified Chinese language.

Meanwhile, according to a report by IGN, there is a list of changes that many players would want to experience once the new Pokémon game comes out in the market.

In the current "Pokémon" games, players are not allowed to use the replay option without compromising the saved files. Players are hoping that the company will consider changing that option to prevent any loss of saved files, which players have worked so hard on.

Fans also want some changes in the current Starter Pokémon set. Most players want to be able to choose different monsters outside of the basic Charmander, Squirtle, or Bulbasaur.

As of the moment, Nintendo has yet to provide a specific release date or any particular detail pertaining to the new installment. Fans are hoping that it will be a much improved "Pokémon" game.
