'Prison School' manga chapter 220 speculations: Will Andre return to his senses?
In chapter 219 of "Prison School" (or "Kangoku Gakuen"), readers see Kate and Mari going head-to-head in the school sports festival. The last page has Kate ordering Andre to rip the front of Meiko's shirt, slowly exposing her chest in the field. It seems that Kate might win this bout — or did she just bring up her own undoing?
Pages of the upcoming chapter 220 (albeit still in Japanese) have been leaked online, and it looks like the Underground Student Council (USC) team is finding a way to use Meiko's exposure as an advantage. In previous chapters, the USC tried to snap Andre out of his state by "resurrecting" Meiko's dominatrix personality. The plan, however, failed, and Andre still remained under the control of the opposing student council team. Meiko's current exposure could be used as a tool to bring Andre back to his senses, as Meiko did have control over Andre for most of the initial manga.
Throughout the "Prison School" story arc, fans see Andre first showing subservience to Meiko when the boys were imprisoned. Most recently, Andre has found a new dominatrix in Risa, seeing that Meiko's imprisonment has turned her into the exact opposite of the "Queen" that Meiko used to be.
In the current arc, Mari and Reiko have made a deal between themselves that whoever's team wins the sports festival gets to stay in the school. Mari's team has to constantly come up with new plans to defeat Kate, because with almost the entire school and the humongous Andre by her side, Kate is at a marvelous advantage.
In the meantime, the school principal, who has lost his memory in the recent chapters, is getting memories of his younger self in jail. What could this mean? Was he, himself, imprisoned in his own high school?
Though "Prison School" is a manga updated weekly, recent chapter releases have been irregular. Depending on when the translators get to work, fans might get to read the next chapter in the next one or two weeks.
