Samsung Notebook 7 Spin now available in the US; price starts at $900

Samsung fans better prepare their pockets as the South Korean tech company has another device that could be worth splurging on. Dubbed as the Notebook 7 Spin, the new gadget is a 2-in-1 convertible laptop that is currently now shipping in the U.S.
According to reports, the Notebook 7 Spin was first launched almost a month ago. It took some time before it was able to hit markets for purchase. Now that it's here, interested consumers can finally pick up Samsung's first laptop that comes with a spinning display. It can bend over backwards to convert into a rather substantial tablet.
It also features 360 degree hinges that will let the machine move into a position in almost any angle and configuration. This is particularly beneficial for business users who are on the go. It runs with Microsoft Windows 10 Pro and features a non-detachable keyboard.
As detailed in a report, there are two variants available. One will come with a 13.3-inch display while the other one will have a 15.6-inch display. Both are sold in enterprise and consumer editions. As for the specs, the smaller variant will be equipped with a 2.30GHz Core i5 6200U CPU paired with 8 GB of RAM. On the other hand, the larger variant will carry a 2.50GHz Core i7 6500U CPU together with a whopping 16 GB of RAM and dedicated NVIDIA 940MX GPU.
Moreover, the 13.3-inch version comes with a 500 GB mechanical HDD while the 15.6-inch model comes with a 1 TB HDD and 128 GB SSD. It's also packed with a NVIDIA GeForce 940MX video card with 2 GB DDR3L memory. Both models sport a Full HD display, stereo speakers, backlit keyboards and a USB-C port.
Those who wish to get the Notebook 7 Spin will need to shell out $900 for the 13.3-inch version and $1,299 for the 15.6-inch version. Both notebooks are now available for pre-order on the website of Samsung.
