Taylor Swift and Kanye West phone call news: Kim Kardashian releases video of secret conversation

Pop star Taylor Swift and rapper Kanye West have shared a love-hate relationship over the years. But as of the moment, the two are once again in a feud and things may potentially head straight to court.
According to a report by Time, Swift and West got into another round of clash after West's wife, TV personality Kim Kardashian, released a footage Sunday night on Snapchat showing a recorded phone call between the two music artists.
Kardashian released it for the purpose of showing a proof that Swift gave an approval of West's song "Famous," in which he mentions her: "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex/Why? I made that b**** famous."
Swift has always denied that she had a conversation with West about the song containing a lyric that referred to her using a slur. After the song was released, Swift said that West did not call for approval but instead asked her to release his single on her Twitter account. She did not accept his request though because of the message of the song.
That's when Kardashian decided to drop the bomb just to prove to everyone that Swift had knowledge of the song and that she even thanked West for notifying her first. Kardashian first hinted in a recent GQ profile that she has evidence against Swift. Nobody knew that it was a recorded proof — not even Swift.
The footage was cut, edited and a bit hazy but Swift is clearly heard saying to West, "Um, yeah. I mean go with whatever line you think is better. It's obviously very tongue-in-cheek either way." She is also heard saying that she appreciates West telling her first and that it was a nice gesture.
If the video was legit, then Kardashian won the battle of trying to prove that the conversation happened. However, the game is not over yet as Swift is yet to give her counterattack. As noted by TMZ, the "Shake It Off" singer may file a crime report against Kanye West for illegally recording their phone conversation.
Swift has also posted her reaction already on her Instagram account. She wrote that there is no video of West telling her to call her "that b****" because it does not exist. As she said, she was not given the full story and that is what is wrong about the whole saga.
