'The Bold and the Beautiful' spoilers, plot news: Bill discovers Douglas' paternity secret, new character coming

Secrets don't last in "The Bold and the Beautiful" as little by little many are now discovering the truth about Douglas' real father.

According to a report by Inquisitr, Bill found out that Douglas isn't really the biological son of Ridge. He found out through Katie who was talking to Thomas about the secret. She told Thomas that she was the one who convinced his father to come clean to him. While they were talking, they did not realize that Bill had overheard part of their conversation.

Spoilers suggest that Bill will want to know what the big secret of Ridge is all about. He will try to extract from Katie the truth. It's not known if she will finally spill the truth but there's a high chance that she may tell Bill that Ridge is not the biological father of Douglas. If it does happen, Bill will hold a piece of information that may shake things up in the leadership at Forrester Creations.

Bill has always wanted to kick Ridge out of the company but he has not found a way yet until the secret. There's a big chance that he will use the paternity secret as the key to bring Ridge down despite promising to Katie that he will shut his mouth about it. Meanwhile, Celeb Dirty Laundry noted that Ridge will be making a sacrifice for the family.

Fans should also expect to see a new face in the series. She Knows Soap detailed that the show has launched a casting call in Los Angeles. They are looking for an actress who will play the role of a character named Kat who is described to be in her early 20s.

She is also said to be "creative, resilient and stylish." Aside from that, she is expected to be an interesting character that will surely make some whole new buzz in the show. Fans will have to stay tuned to find out more details.
