'The Bold and the Beautiful' spoilers, plot news: Eric collapses; Wyatt stands up against Forrester family

"The Bold and the Beautiful" is returning this week with some major drama. The story of Quinn (Rena Sofer) and Eric (John McCook) continues and this time things are heating up.

According to spoilers, the week of Sept. 26 will open with Eric and Quinn pushing through with their wedding despite the boycott of the Forrester bunch. Eric isn't moved by his family's rebellion and will go through with his plans no matter what.

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) and the others will think that their boycott will stop the wedding but things will backfire when some of his siblings question the reason for the plan. They will start to doubt Ridge's plans but Ridge will stand by his decision. He will also assure everyone that refusing to attend the wedding will be their only hope.

However, Ridge will only be furious once he receives the news that Eric and Quinn got married despite their absence. He will be very upset with his father for involving himself with a woman like Quinn. But Quinn isn't exactly the same as she was before. She has softened a bit and had a change of heart over time. Ridge and the others only need to see it to accept Quinn in the family.

But accepting will be hard and more challenges for Ridge and Quinn are coming. Spoilers reveal that Eric will faint during a heated conversation with his family. The reason behind this remains to be known but the Forrester family will be feeling guilty. They will wonder if they went too far in bringing down his relationship with Quinn.

Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is unmoved though and will put the blame on Quinn, who will also be feeling guilty. But Wyatt (Darin Brooks) will be giving his mother the support she needs and will even soften up to the idea of her getting together with Eric.

It seems like Wyatt is done fighting for his marriage with Steffy. Spoilers said that he will be standing up against the Forresters and protect his mother.
