'The Bold and the Beautiful' spoilers, plot news: Ivy tries to seduce Liam; Brooke and Bill engaged

"The Bold and the Beautiful" is returning with new episodes beginning on Monday, Sept. 5 even with Labor Day coming up. And as loyal viewers know, the plot of the soap opera is getting more complicated with the lives of the characters going through a lot of ups and downs.

According to spoilers, Quinn is brewing something to save the marriage of her son, and the first minion who would help her out in this evil plot is Ivy. Ever since Quinn shared an affair with Eric, Steffy has been angry, specifically at Wyatt who can't keep his crazy mother out of their lives. And now she's done with the drama and to break up their marriage.

But fans know that Steffy may just be looking for a reason to get back with Liam, and Quinn is aware of that. She knows that Liam is the biggest threat to her son's marriage. Therefore, in order to keep him out of the picture, she will need Ivy to distract Liam.

After giving Ivy a look upgrade, Quinn will instruct Ivy to seduce Liam. The two will meet again, and as revealed by spoilers, Ivy will try to kiss Liam. Unfortunately for Ivy, her plan will not work as Liam will reject her attempt. He is still focused on Steffy, which means it's going to be a real challenge for Ivy if she wants to get Liam.

Meanwhile, Wyatt is desperate to save his marriage with Steffy. He will ask Thomas for help, but Wyatt is unaware that his brother-in-law is more in favor of Liam.

Meanwhile, the plan of Ridge and Brooke to bring down Eric from Forrester Creations is slowly falling into place. Brooke agreed to get engaged with Bill so that they can get the shares that they need from him. Brooke is worried, though, since things are moving too fast, and Bill wants to marry Brooke right away despite having just divorced from Katie. Will they be able to pull off their plans or will it go down south? Brooke is in love with Bill, so she could potentially back out from the plan.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" airs every Monday to Friday on CBS.
