'The Flash' season 3 episode 2 spoilers: Tom Felton joins cast, makes life difficult for Flash

As quickly as the title character himself can move, the huge conflict from the previous episode of "The Flash" was seemingly resolved in a single episode – or was it really? Before the premiere episode finally concluded, one major glitch proved that mistakes were not all that easy to fix, especially when they span parallel timelines.
What becomes of the entire series from here? In the promo for the next episode of "The Flash" titled "Paradox," Barry (Grant Gustin) confides in Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) about what he did and how he had royally screwed everybody's life.
It is not yet known how much of Barry's own timeline has been fixed and how much of it has changed permanently, but next week's episode may show major changes in Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Caitlin's (Danielle Panabaker) lives.
Barry passes by a room and sees Cisco taking part in what looked like a support group. Caitlin, on the other hand, may have just acquired Killer Frost's powers. Iris (Candice Patton) still doesn't seem to be in speaking terms with Joe (Jesse L. Martin), and the only person in Barry's life not seemingly affected what he did is Felicity.
The next episode also sees the introduction of a new co-worker, Julian Albert (Tom Felton), who suspects that there's more to Barry than what meets the eye.
Meanwhile, melty.com speculates that Barry himself may have just created his own villain when he erased the Flashpoint timeline. While this villain, who the viewers will come to know as Dr. Alchemy, came to Edward Clariss (Todd Lasance) in the final scene of the premiere episode, there may still be a chance that Julian eventually ends up being Dr. Alchemy at a later time.
"The Flash" season 2 episode 2 airs on Tuesday, Oct. 11 at 8 p.m. EDT on The CW.
