'The Last Guardian' release date news: gen Design and Japan Studio announce delay in launch

It looks like gamers who have been waiting for the release of "The Last Guardian" have to hold out a little bit longer.
The PlayStation Blog has just given an announcement regarding the release of the highly anticipated adventure video game by Fumito Ueda, saying that the game's October debut has been delayed to December. Though the creators of the video game are zoning in a few major milestones in the development of the game, gen Design and Japan Studio have decided that it would be best to push back the release date of "The Last Guardian."
Apparently the development team has found more bugs than they had expected when they were on the final stages of the game's production. Deciding that it was better to be safe than to be sorry, gen Design and Japan Studio both seemed to make the choice to lengthen the development period and push back the release of "The Last Guardian" by a few weeks.
The game will now be launched on Wednesday, Dec. 7, this year all across Europe, and then it will be release two days after for gamers in the UK and Ireland.
Meanwhile, in other news, it seems like a gameplay video of "The Last Guardian" has made its way online. Polygon has just released an 18-minute gameplay clip of the video game from the Tokyo Game Show on its YouTube channel. The video also features a short review of the controls of "The Last Guardian." Each section of the game reinforces the relationship between the gamer's character and his giant friend named Treecko and while some have found the dynamic compelling, it seems like there are a few issues on the controls of the game.
Hopefully whatever troubles gamers may find with the game right now will soon be fixed by the development team before it sees release on Dec. 6, for the PlayStation 4 in North America, Japan and Australia.
