Fans of the original Amazon series, "The Man in the High Castle" have been clamoring for news about the show all over the web. Fortunately, it has been previously reported that they can expect some updates on the show during the San Diego Comic-Con 2016, which is currently ongoing.

Reports say that Amazon will be having an open exhibit during the entire run of Comic-Con from July 21, Thursday to July 24, Sunday. The exhibit will hopefully give fans updates on "The Man in the High Castle" season 2, which cannot come any sooner.

Den of Geek has reported that the showrunner for the first season, Frank Spotnitz, has stepped down from his role and moved on to be an executive producer. He will be producing the show along with David Zucker, Isa Dick Hackett, and renowned director Ridley Scott. As of now, there has been no noted replacement to take Spotnitz's place as showrunner, but maybe that could be announced anytime during the Comic-Con exhibit.

"The Man in the High Castle" is a story that takes place in an alternate 1960 where the Nazis have supposedly won the Second World War. The story will follow a band of resistance fighters as they try to go against the Nazi Reich after finding footage of an alternate timeline where the Nazis lost the war.

The show had a successful first run on Amazon and has been one of the most-watched shows on its streaming service. The show has also been nominated for four Emmys including Outstanding Visual Effects and Outstanding Cinematography for Single-Camera Series. The series stars Luke Kleintank as Joe Blake and Alexa Davalos as Juliana Crane.

"The Man in the High Castle" season 2 will run for another 10 episodes just like the first season, and fans are hoping to get a release date for the show when the exhibit comes out at the San Diego Comic-Con.
