'The Walking Dead' season 7 premiere date, plot spoilers: Andrew Lincoln teases hysterical episodes; End of Carol and Dylan's romance

"The Walking Dead" is now only a month away from returning to the small screen for its seventh season. There's a lot to expect and definitely a lot of action to look forward to. In fact, there's going to be a major character death that will happen in the pilot episode.
Earlier spoilers already revealed that one character is going to die in the hands of new villain Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). It's not know yet known whose life will lead to demise but the upcoming episode is going to be a very tough one. Even the actors of the show expressed how heartbreaking the scene will be.
But Andrew Lincoln, who plays Rick Grimes, teased that it will not be a completely tragic episode. Lincoln told Entertainment Weekly, "It's a hysterical episode—there [are] so many laughs."
Lincoln did not elaborate further though how the horror drama television will draw laughter from the audience. Whatever it is, fans will have to wait and see. Lincoln also mentioned about how things will be different under Negan's reign of terror. His arrival will bring in a whole new dynamic to the show.
There's also no need to wait long to find out who will be the first victim of Negan as executive producer and director Greg Nicotero said that viewers will immediately be informed of Negan's unlucky victim.
Meanwhile, fans will have to kiss goodbye to a possible romance between Carol (Melissa McBride) and Daryl (Norman Reedus) as reports said that Carol has no time for that. McBride spoke to ComicBook.com and divulged that her character is in the process of recovering her mind.
"I think it's just difficult for her to have a relationship of any kind," McBride said. She also explained that Carol is basically just not in a place right now where she can take care of anyone but herself.
"The Walking Dead" season 7 will premiere Monday, Oct. 24 at 9 p.m. EDT on FOX.
