'The Young and the Restless' spoilers, plot news: Dylan breaks some rules; Nick and Chelsea romance coming?

"The Young and the Restless" spoilers for Thursday, Aug. 11 suggest that Dylan is going to get in trouble while a possible new romance is brewing.

According to a report, Dylan (Steve Burton) will cross the line and break some rules. It's not known what kind of problem he's getting into, but as seen in the released promo, it's going to be something that will make Paul (Doug Davidson) dismiss him from his position. It seems like Paul discovered what Dylan has done, and Paul has no choice but to be angry at him and demand that he should take his badge off.

"Until you can learn to work within the system, you do not deserve to wear that badge!" Paul yells at Dylan.

Other spoilers reveal that Dylan will have suspicions over Chloe. He thinks Chloe is the mystery woman that they are looking for. But Dylan will need more evidence to prove this hunch.

Meanwhile, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) and Nick (Joshua Morrow)are speculated to be heading to a new romance. They're not really the best people to get into a new relationship as Chelsea is married to Nick's brother Adam, but spoilers suggest that Nick and Chelsea will grow closer over time.

Meanwhile, Victor (Eric Braeden) has been busy pushing Nick aside at Newman Enterprises. This gives him to more time to bond with Chelsea who is going through a rough road with the case of Adam.

It's not confirmed if the two will find a spark in the relationship, but if they do, it's expected that the two of them are going to cause a lot of trouble. Adam will also be devastated to know that his own brother stole his wife.

Fans will also be seeing Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Victor pairing up together for the first time. They have yet to make amends, but Phyllis thinks Victor is the best person to help her sabotage the wedding plans of Summer (Hunter King) and Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva). Phyllis hates Luca, and she is determined to have him stay away from her daughter. Luckily, she and Victor are on the same page.

"The Young and the Restless" airs from Monday to Friday on CBS.
