"The Young and the Restless" spoilers for the week of July 18 suggest that things are going to be particularly emotional for Hilary. Her condition is getting worse and it seems like she is already losing hope to get well.

According to Inquisitr, Hilary's health will continue to deteriorate and Devon will be very worried for her. And despite the marriage problems they had in the previous weeks, Devon will decide to stay by Hilary's side. That's basically how much Devon loves Hilary even if she tried to split up with him to pursue other plans like seducing Jack.

Lucky for Hilary, Devon has not given up on her and continues to look after her because he doesn't want to see her die. Hilary will be thankful for Devon's presence in her life and for sticking through amid all the turbulence in their marriage.

Hilary will also realize that she needs Devon after all. Slowly, her love for Devon will return and she will realize that she wants to be with him. As for Devon, he is happy to be Hilary's protector and savior.

The two have also decided to dismiss Dr. Neville's services already. However, Dr. Neville will try to convince Devon that he is the only one who can help Hilary. But Devon will have enough of Dr. Neville and will even accuse him of trying to kill his wife in order to gain advantage for his research.

On the other hand, while Devon and Hilary will reconcile, Jack and Phyllis will continue to play hide and seek. Phyllis has been having an affair with Billy and spoilers reveal that they are now close to getting caught by Jack.

Phyllis will inform Jack that she will be leaving for Montreal. However, Jack will find out that Phyllis never got to her flight. Ashley will suggest that maybe Phyllis is cheating on Jack. This will lead Jack to grow suspicious of his wife. Will Jack finally find out the truth?

"The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays on CBS.
