'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt' season 3 spoilers news: More of Kimmy and her mother

The third season of Netflix's "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" would most likely delve further into the relationship between Kimmy (Ellie Kemper) and her long-lost mother Lori Ann (Lisa Kudrow).
The third season of the series hasn't received a release date yet, but lead actress Ellie Kemper and her co-star Tituss Burgess have been making their predictions for the next season, and they told E! News what they want to see happen to their characters.
Kemper admits, "I feel like there's unfinished stories at the end of season two." The end of the second season concluded with a cliffhanger when Jon Hamm's Rev. Richard Wayne Gary Wayne called Kimmy asking for a divorce. Apparently, Kimmy had been married to the reverend during her time as a mole woman. There is also the case of Titus (Burgess) sailing out to sea on his cruise and Jacqueline (Jane Krakowski) trying to take down the Washington Redskins.
Burgess also commented that he wants to see "More of what Tina and Robert want the world to see." The show, of course, was created by Tina Fey and Robert Carlock, and it's nice to see that the actors are on board with what the showrunners have planned for the show.
Disagreements between actors and the showrunners can lead to ridiculous (and somewhat disastrous) results. Just ask "Two and a Half Men" showrunner Chuck Lorre and actor Charlie Sheen. A disagreement between the two put the show in an odd place, and it ended with less than stellar reviews.
"Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" follows the story of Kimmy after she escapes from an underground bunker where she was kept for 15 years. She tries to re-enter the world, only to find out that it has moved on without her. But positive as ever, Kimmy is ready to start a new life, no matter what comes her way.
There has been no release date announced for the third season of "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," but fans can expect it to hit next year.
