Xbox One Backwards Compatibility new games list announced; various EA games included

Xbox console players have all the more reason to stay in front of the TV as new titles have been added in the list for Xbox One Backward Compatibility. Reports claimed that some of the mentioned games may be surfacing at the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo or E3, which will be held on June 14 to June 16.

According to Express, most of the games that will be added in to the roster are published by Electronic Arts (EA). The titles from EA include "Dragon Age II," "Burnout Revenge," "Need for Sped: Hot Pursuit," "Fight Night Round 4" and "Skate 3." The only game that is not from EA is "Fable Anniversary," which is developed by Lionhead Studios and published by Microsoft Game Studios.

The publication also noted that the release dates of the games have been revealed to be all in June, with some predicted to make it prior to E3. However, since there is no official word yet regarding the games, fans will just have to stay tuned for updates. Vine Report also noted that out of the six titles, only five have been confirmed through Amazon searches.

The unconfirmed game is "Skate 3" which is an enhanced version of the "Skate 2." If the game does get included in the list for Xbox One Backward Compatibility, gamers will then be able to play a skateboarding simulation game set in the fictional city of Port Caverton. Fans of this game will have to watch out for updates to find out if "Skate 3" will indeed be included.

Another report from Express also noted that another batch of classic games has been added to be playable in Xbox One console. Among the titles included are "Domino Master," "Duck Tales: Remastered," "Magic 2012," "Hexic 2," "Unbound Saga" and "XCOM: Enemy Unknown." The latest one confirmed for Xbox One Compatibility is "SSX."

For those who are not aware yet, Xbox One Backward Compatibility is a feature that allows Xbox One gamers to play games that are made for the Xbox 360 platform.
