Its impressive specs and features have garnered the device praises from consumers all over the world. With rumors of a new model coming out as part of Sony Xperia M series, fans are excited to know what is in store for them on this new device.

Slash Gear reported that device will carry a huge 6-inch screen with full HD capabilities. It will run on a Snapdragon 652 processor, along with 3 GB of RAM for optimal usage. The device will also have a 32 GB internal storage capacity; however, there are still no reports saying that this device will have an expanded storage capacity options.

The Xperia M series will continue to solidify their legacy as the smartphone series with the best battery technology. The upcoming Xperia M Ultra is said to sporting a whopping 4280 mAh internal battery, which can definitely hold more hours of power than most of its competitors today.

One interesting feature of this handset is its camera. According to the reports, the device will carry a 23-MP rear shooter. It will also carry a 16 MP front snapper, which will give people who love taking selfies better camera output.

As of now, Sony has yet to provide specific details regarding its release but many people believe that it is only a matter of time before Sony announces its arrival.
