The game developer revealed to their fans new characters models for the few Specialists of "Black Ops 3." | Steam

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" players now have something to get excited about after game developer Treyarch released a new update for the new game, unlocking new content for gamers.

The announcement was made through the company's official blog site. The game developer revealed to their fans new characters models for the few Specialists of "Black Ops 3."

"Over the course of the last few weeks, we've introduced a number of brand new Specialist character models, which is why you've likely seen a few new Specialist heads and bodies roaming the battlefields," the company said through their blog site. "Among these, Ruin, Outrider, Prophet, Battery, Seraph, Nomad and Reaper have all received entirely new character models (Spectre and Firebreak set to release in the coming weeks). Check out the screenshots below for a look at each of the new models released so far..."

Nonetheless, Treyarch made it clear that they will not release the content in one go. Some of the characters like Spectre and Firebreak will not receive new character models early on. However, the company promises to release a few updates in the next three weeks after the first roll out to add several features to the game, including character models for other "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" characters.

"We'll run three Bribes per week on each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, giving each Specialist their own day in the spotlight," the company explained. "The Bribe guarantees that one item in every Supply Drop will include Specialist-themed content for the Specialist of the day, including the new character models, new Themes, new Taunts and Gestures, as well as gear from all Black Market content releases to date."

Meanwhile, leaked details about the current game's upcoming DLC have already emerged online prior to the E3 event. The DLC pack was supposed to be release right after the annual event; however, game observers believe that the event itself have caused the delay of its release.
