Abby Lee Miller might be hitting the rock bottom in the current season of "Dance Moms" on TLC.

The head choreographer and owner of the Abby Lee Dance Company is still facing legal woes due to her bankruptcy fraud case, and it seems like it will affect her in the remaining episodes of season 7 based on the sneak peek released by the network.

"I think she's just on the verge of a breakdown," Ashley Rumfallo, one of the mothers of Abby's students, stated in front of the camera during the season 7 extended trailer. Another mother Jill Vertes also told the ALDC owner, "You can't run from your mistakes, Abby."

The star of the long-running reality dance show was also seen in different emotional states in the trailer. She cried, screamed and threw tantrums during different situations. One of them was during the group's journey to Pittsburg studio for a competition, where Abby cried and claimed that it will be the last time that she will see the place.

But perhaps Abby's most emotional moment in the trailer happened in front of her former student, Chloe Lukasiak, and her mother Christie, in which she repeatedly screamed, "Fire me!" This could be a sign that her current situation is starting to get her.

Sources working at the show reportedly told E! News that Abby has become difficult to deal with. The source also claimed that a lot of people will not be surprised when the court decides to bring Abby to jail. But her legal team is prepared to make their final plea to help her avoid spending time in prison.

"Ms. Miller was overwhelmed and under-equipped, and this led to her failure to respect to the bankruptcy process," Abby's lawyers stated in court documents as they file for a plea to allow their client to be placed on probation that was spotted by the same publication. "Her engagement of lawyers, accountants, and other professionals was haphazard, episodic, and at times, counter-productive."

The next episode of "Dance Moms" season 7 will be aired by TLC on Tuesday, Jan. 31.
