The 57th Annual Grammy Awards has been over for days, but it seems the consequence of Kanye West dissing Beck for winning the Album of the Year award is just beginning.

And even after Beck already gave a classy response that could have possibly ended the controversy that Kanye started, it is "Garbage" frontwoman Shirley Manson who does not sit well with the rapper's opinions.

In an open letter addressed to Kim Kardashian's husband, Manson gave the Grammy-decorated rapper a piece of her mind, calling him out for making "a mockery of all musicians" including himself.

"Dear Kanye West, it is you who is so busy disrespecting artistry. You disrespect your own remarkable talents and more importantly, you disrespect the talent, hard work and tenacity of all artists when you go so rudely and savagely after such an accomplished and humble artist like Beck," Manson wrote, according to Entertainment Weekly.

"You make yourself look small and petty and spoilt. In attempting to reduce the importance of one great talent over another, you make a mockery of all musicians and music from every genre, including your own. Grow up and stop throwing your toys around. You are making yourself look like a complete twat," she added.

The vocalist of Garbage, who has been nominated but has never won any Grammy's since 1997, also advised Kanye not to fight battles on the account of Beyoncé, who she said got everything covered perfectly well on her own.

Manson wrote the open letter after Kanye almost took the stage while Beck was delivering his speech for winning the Album of the Year in the Grammy Awards last Sunday.

But during E!'s After Party, Kanye said "Beck needs to respect artistry" and therefore, should have given his award to Beyoncé.

He explained that to not bestow the female diva with the night's top honor was "disrespectful to inspiration."

"We as musicians have to inspire people who go to work every day and they listen to that Beyoncé album and they feel like it takes them to another place," the "Only One" rapper said, according to E! Online.

Beck, who has released 12 studio albums over 20 years and plays more than 10 instruments, was taking everything in stride telling Us Weekly: "You can't please everybody, man," and "I still love him and think he's genius."

Meanwhile, Yahoo! Music said the feud is still gaining momentum over at the Twittersphere with many agreeing with Manson's sentiment.

This included comedian David Spade, who also posted a tweet regarding Beyonce's side of the equation and the following equation:

"Hey Kanye, how much does Beyoncé need before you think she's getting a fair shake out there? Just curious."
