Is "GTA 6" headed to London?

Fans of popular video game "Grand Theft Auto VI" or commonly referred to as "GTA 6" are eagerly awaiting word regarding its official release date. However, if recent reports are to be believed, it looks like fans don't have to wait long anymore.

According to International Business Times, "GTA 6" may be released sometime between 2018 and 2020. If that's the case, Rockstar Games might announce further details about it like its title and other features of the game at the next Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3). That will be sometime around June of 2017.

However, fans are advised not to expect too much as far as the announcement goes. Most likely, only a small glimpse of the game will be shared, if it ever gets announced as E3 2017 since according to 2K Games, the title is still being developed.

Rockstar Games previously announced that they want to focus on "GTA 5" and "GTA Online" first before they delve into the next chapter of the franchise. Moreover, they also want to concentrate on the improvements and downloadable content (DLCs) for "GTA 5."

Meanwhile, in a report by Neuro Gadget, 2K Games revealed that they are currently working on two projects not related in any way to the "Grand Theft Auto" franchise. No further details about the purported games were given, although some fans want to believe that those are "GTA 6" and "Red Dead Redemption."

What little that is known about the game is that "GTA 6" will be set outside the United States. There are even rumors that players of the game will have more choices as far as characters are concerned. In fact, the first-ever female character for the franchise may be introduced in "GTA 6."

It still remains to be seen of the official release date of "GTA 6" will be announced at E3 2017 at the latest. Fans are hoping the announcement will come before that, but apparently, microtransactions within the game developers are making things run slowly.
